Bucks County Technical School Authority
Overview
The Bucks County Technical School Authority was established under the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act of May 2, 1945 (P.L. 382). Its primary purpose is to acquire, construct, improve, maintain, operate, and lease public school buildings and other projects for public school purposes, as well as any additional functions permitted by law and outlined in its Articles of Incorporation.
The Authority Board mirrors the numerical and proportional representation of the Bucks County Technical School Joint Board Committee. Each School District represented on the Authority appoints its own Authority Board Member(s).

Meeting Schedule
The Bucks County Technical School Authority will meet at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room on the second Tuesday of each month at the Bucks County Technical High School.
