Activity Refund Info for Juniors and Seniors


ATTENTION Juniors and Seniors:

We hope this message finds you all healthy and safe.  The following is a refund update for those students who purchased tickets for the Junior Prom, Senior Prom and/or were scheduled to attend the Senior Trip:

  • As a result of the necessary shift to emergency remote learning for the remainder of the 2019-20 school year, all student activity refund processing is delayed.
  • This is necessary in order to provide our offices time to coordinate information regarding all student financial responsibilities such as Friends of Tech loans, food service balances, and school obligations, i.e. textbooks, course materials and school-owned Chromebooks.
  • Additionally, due to the Governor's Stay-at-Home order, the  processing of refund checks is delayed until such time as our offices are authorized to reopen by the Governor.  Once offices are permitted to reopen and all accounts have been reconciled, refund checks will be processed and mailed home to the primary guardian contact at the address listed in Skyward.
  • Senior Trip refunds may require additional time, as our travel partner's offices are still closed due to the shutdown.  We first need to receive refunds from the airline and other vendors.  After that, we will process the group refund to the school.  Once those steps are completed, we will then process the individual trip refunds.

Please be sure that your Skyward Profile information is up-to-date, including the correct primary guardian name and home address.  Please  make the necessary updates and if you need further assistance, please contact the Pupil Personnel Services Office.
